Quick
Tour - Online Stories 2
One of the most interesting aspects of the stories is that each
child will see events through the eyes of the character they have
chosen. For example, Charlie's story progresses and at one point
he sees Nellie. This meeting is seen by the child only from Charlie's
perspective. However another child may have chosen to read Nellie's
story. Nellie and Charlie will see each other in the same place
in the story but the second pupil will see the meeting only from
Nellie's point of view.
This feature opens up some exciting prospects for debate and
writing from perspective. Each pupil is involved with the same
day, the
same events, the same story but from the point of view of their
character. They have no idea what the other characters are doing
(apart from any meetings with them) and they have no idea of
their thoughts or reasons for their actions. |
